An operation manual with prints, drawings and program are provided in both hard copy and on thumb drive.
The TopLine HK two-component metering system is designed for easy access to all componentry and the highest standards in process repeatability and reliability in a high production environment.
Machine components, including pump groups, mix head hydraulics and filters are mounted on one heavy duty welded frame. Chemical tanks, heat exchanger and auto fill are mounted on a separate steel welded stand. It is supplied with a free standing control panel. The system is designed for trouble free installation and easy access for maintenance.
The metering system is designed for processing two component, non-filled Polyurethane chemical systems.
The system was shut down in good running order in late 2016’ and had purge material ran through it. It will be completely gone thru and cleaned and brought to original specs of operation and functionality. It is a fully loaded machine with about every option available, See Machine Specifications below. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks before run off can be performed at our facility. All of the following specifications will be verified at that time.

Ø Siemens HMI operation terminal (human-machine-interface), for entering metering programs and machine parameters and displaying status and error messages in plain text.
Ø Foaming recipes for mold use (number TBD). A value for the requested quantity and ratio of the Poly and Iso can be entered for each metering recipe. Upon shot triggering, the corresponding speed is adjusted on the motor of the metering pumps by means of the frequency controller.
Automatic cleaning cycle for mix head piston and cleanout pistons.
Intermittent switching system for automatic cycle recirculation of the PU components during pauses; can be preselected if required

This hardware and software enhancement to the standard control system provides user-friendly data collection for the metering machine relative to the clamps.
